Designer & Creative
My work centers on balancing aesthetic excellence with usability, delivering high-impact creative that drives measurable business results. I am a collaborative design leader who builds alignment across cross-functional teams, improving efficiency, accelerating timelines, and elevating creative output. By establishing shared workflows and agile methodologies, I streamline production and enable teams to move from concept to execution with speed and clarity.I joined Puppet in 2012 as the company’s sole visual designer, supporting a team of ~60 employees, and scaled design operations alongside company growth to 500+ employees. During this period, I expanded design capabilities across UX, product, and marketing, ultimately leading brand direction and visual production company-wide. I developed and implemented a centralized design request and ticketing system that improved intake efficiency, prioritized high-impact work, and increased team productivity. I managed and mentored designers, directed external agencies, and led execution of multi-channel campaigns supporting major business milestones. My work directly supported company growth, brand maturity, and market visibility during a period of rapid scale.
Following Puppet’s acquisition by Perforce, I led key transition initiatives, including co-branding strategy, asset consolidation, and a full website migration from WordPress to Drupal—ensuring continuity of brand experience while modernizing infrastructure and improving scalability.
As Lead Brand Designer at Venafi which was aquired by CyberArk and then Palo Alto Networks, I was in charge of the Machine Identity brand strategy and execution across a globaly, distributed team. I lead the development of scalable visual systems and oversaw creative production across campaigns, digital experiences, and marketing initiatives—ensuring consistency across touchpoints while enabling faster go-to-market movement. I partnered closely with marketing, product, and executive stakeholders to align brand with business goals, improve campaign performance, and support pipeline growth in the highly competitive cybersecurity markets.
